1. Order Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.

3. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon our transfer of the goods to the carrier.

5. Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a shipment is returned to us due to customer error, reshipping fees will apply.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
At our sole discretion, we may assist in initiating claims, but we are under no obligation to provide replacements or refunds.
7. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, the customer is responsible for:

We are not responsible for delays, confiscations, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
8. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered complete once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. This includes deliveries left at mailboxes, reception desks, or designated safe locations.

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
